These Terms of Service govern your use of silverfurniturechicago.com and purchases made from Silver Furniture (“Silver Furniture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, features, and pricing accurately. However:

- Product measurements may vary slightly.
- Manufacturers may modify product specifications without notice.
- Decorative items shown in photographs may not be included.

3. Measurements and Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for measuring doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, rooms, and other entry points before ordering.
Silver Furniture is not responsible when merchandise cannot fit through an entrance or into the intended room. Additional delivery, redelivery, handling, return transportation, or restocking charges may apply.
Delivery personnel may refuse to move merchandise through an area when doing so could reasonably cause injury or property damage.
4. Pricing and Errors
Prices, promotions, discounts, product information, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, technical errors, or other mistakes. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you to approve the corrected information or cancel the affected item and issue any refund required by law.
Online prices may differ from prices offered at a physical Silver Furniture location unless otherwise stated.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or product-information errors;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- Incorrect customer information;
- Manufacturer discontinuation;
- Delivery limitations; or
- Violation of these Terms.
We will notify you using the contact information provided with your order when reasonably possible.
6. Payments
You authorize Silver Furniture and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, assembly charges, and other disclosed charges.
Orders may be held or canceled if payment cannot be verified or authorized.
Financing and installment purchases may also be subject to separate terms provided by the financing company. Silver Furniture does not control a third-party financing company’s approval decisions, interest rates, fees, or account requirements.
7. Availability and Fulfillment
Some products may be ordered from a manufacturer or distributor after the customer places an order. Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it is immediately available, currently in stock, or available from the manufacturer.
Estimated fulfillment and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated as guaranteed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe, Silver Furniture may contact the customer regarding a delay, replacement product, alternative merchandise, cancellation, or any refund rights required by applicable law.
8. Delivery
Customers must provide a safe and accessible delivery location and ensure that an authorized adult is present during the scheduled delivery window.
Delivery dates and times may be affected by weather, traffic, manufacturer delays, building restrictions, customer availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Missed delivery appointments;
- Incorrect delivery information;
- Redelivery;
- Difficult or restricted access;
- Additional assembly;
- Merchandise that does not fit;
- Removal or relocation of existing furniture; or
- Services not included in the original order.
Delivery personnel are not required to perform electrical, plumbing, construction, wall-mounting, or other specialized work unless that service was expressly purchased.
9. Inspection and Damage Claims
Customers must inspect merchandise at delivery or pickup whenever reasonably possible.
Visible damage, missing pieces, defects, or incorrect merchandise should be reported immediately, preferably before the delivery team leaves. Customers may be required to provide photographs, video, packaging, serial numbers, model numbers, and proof of purchase.
Silver Furniture may inspect the merchandise before approving a repair, replacement part, exchange, replacement product, manufacturer claim, or other remedy.
Damage caused after delivery or pickup—including damage from moving, improper assembly, misuse, pets, children, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear—is not considered delivery damage.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are final except where otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by law.
Change of mind, comfort preference, color preference, size, style, or failure to measure the delivery area does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

11. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, and remedies are controlled by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Silver Furniture does not provide any additional warranty unless provided separately in writing. Customers may be required to cooperate with the manufacturer’s claims process and provide proof of purchase, photographs, serial numbers, or other information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
