Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Silver Furniture does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, comfort preference, color preference, size, style, or merchandise that does not fit inside the customer’s home.

Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, doorway measurements, stairway clearance, elevator access, colors, features, and other product details before placing an order. Product colors and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural material variations.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after merchandise has been ordered from the manufacturer, prepared for pickup, scheduled for delivery, or placed into the delivery process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Customers must inspect merchandise at pickup or delivery.

Any visible damage, missing pieces, defects, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Silver Furniture as soon as possible, preferably before the delivery team leaves. Please provide the order number and clear photographs of the issue.

When a valid claim is approved, Silver Furniture may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the merchandise;
  • Replace the damaged or defective part;
  • Replace the merchandise; or
  • Provide another remedy required by applicable law.

A damaged or defective item does not automatically qualify for a monetary refund.

Silver Furniture is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or pickup, including damage caused by moving, misuse, improper assembly, pets, children, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that merchandise can safely fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other entry points. Merchandise that cannot fit into the customer’s home remains subject to this final-sale policy. Additional delivery, redelivery, return transportation, or restocking charges may apply.

Clearance and Floor-Model Merchandise

Clearance merchandise, floor models, discounted merchandise, mattresses, foundations, pillows, special orders, and custom orders are final sale and are sold in their disclosed condition.

Undelivered Online Orders

If Silver Furniture cannot provide merchandise within the promised delivery period, we will contact the customer regarding available alternatives, additional time, replacement merchandise, or any refund rights required by applicable law.
